My Baby Girl!
This is my beautiful baby girl Heather who is coming to see me this weekend. Stevie Lak will be my guest chef on Friday and I will be closed on Monday to take Heather back to the Airport. Come see us at the Farmers Market table at The Earth Day Celebration.

Green is the color of spring and in honor of “The Muther”, Whimsicles will be green all day at the Earth day event in Fredericksburg Tx on April25 from 10:00-2:00 pm.
All green popsicles , you heard me !
Oh and…Don’t forget to bring your old computer parts, monitors,laptops,keyboards and such to donate to Fredericksburg cares.
Flavors like Fresh cut grass, Pistachio caramel, green tea latte, moteato, avocado cream and more!

This week we will be at the Yoga Center at 128 Kneese Rd. in Fredericksburg Tx From Main Street take Hwy.16 or Llano street 3miles toward Llano until you come to Kneese. Turn left and follow the road around to the left until you see the Yoga Center sign. Look for the shiny little trailer!

Blue Rocks and Silverspoons!
A very big thank you and a deep bow from the Silverspoon Trailer to Blue Rock Studio! Our maiden voyage was a huge success thanks to Billy and Dodee Crockett of the Blue Rock Studio’s in Wimberly,Texas. The Silverspoon made an appearance at BR’s Birthday bash which was in conjunction with South X Southwest Music fest. Thanks to Bobby Arnold and Stevie for driving the trailer down the mountain for me!
We handed out close to 200 Whimsicles at this shindig including the Blue Rock special, a tangy blueberry lemon cream pop made from goats milk/agave nectar and real Myer Lemons from Californina. Look for photos soon!
Next stop for the trailer is the Yoga Center in Fredericksburg Texas. We are having great fun serving yummy treats there for the Yogi’s. Lunch tomorrow will be Wild Alaskan Salmon hero sandwiches with Avacado and tomatillos.
I am taking the whimsicles on a solo-trip/without the trailer to Marble Falls this weekend for my sister, Shanny Lott’s art show.
