The Silverspoon Trailer is a mobile food trailer serving healthy alternatives to fast food and tasty gourmet popsicles. The 1968 Silverstreak trailer has been retrofitted into a commercial kitchen. The trailer is located in Fredericksburg Texas and moves to locations during the week such as the Yoga Center , Werner Feed Store, and Marburger Orchard.
